  • How can I contact you about my order?

    There are a few ways to contact our friendly team. You can send us a message via the form on our website but you can also give us a call on 07 5438 8055. Alternatively, send an email to admin@suncoastflowers.com.au. We will try and answer any queries regarding your order as soon as possible.

  • Is the arrangement going to be the same as shown in the photos on your website?

    Every flower is different, so your arrangement won’t look exactly like the photos we provide, but it will be very close. It’s worth bearing in mind that subject to seasonal availability, some flowers may be substituted for a similar flower, but we’ll let you know if this is the case.


    To make your flowers last longer, we may also deliver the flowers in bud, so you can enjoy them for longer. So, don’t be alarmed if they don’t bloom straightaway!

  • How long will my flowers last?

    This will depend on the individual arrangement. Most of the arrangements will last for up to 7 days, but some can last longer depending on which flowers are used. We do also have dried flowers which can last for years on end if you’re looking for something a bit different.



  • How can I help my flowers last longer?

    If you want to keep your flowers looking vibrant and lively, try not to touch them too much. Petals are delicate, and by rubbing off pollen or picking off dead leaves, you might be causing more harm than good.


    If you want them to last longer and look fresher, change out the water every few days. You could also cut the stems down and provide plant food as recommended. Keeping leaves out of the water can help as well.

  • Where are you located?

    We are situated between the suburbs of Warana and Bokarina, just behind the Sunshine Coast stadium.

  • How much do your arrangements cost?

    Our prices will vary depending on which arrangement you choose, the flowers selected and the size. Wedding flowers may also cost slightly more. If a particular flower you choose is in high demand, this might also increase the price.


    It’s best to contact us to discuss the kind of arrangement you want and your budget so we can tailor the arrangement to your needs.

  • Do your prices fluctuate depending on the season?

    This will solely depend on the time of year that you purchase your flowers. Prices of certain flowers do tend to fluctuate anyway, especially around peak seasons such as Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day. Wholesalers will tend to raise their prices if there’s a lot of demand, so please bear this in mind.

  • Do you provide the option of custom bouquets?

    We do! Contact us to discuss your budget, style and colour palette. We can provide recommendations on the kind of flowers you might like. If you have any specific ideas in mind, don’t hesitate to discuss these with us too. We specialise in alternatives to arrangements as well, such as floral crowns and floral arbours.
